Shipping & Returns
We aim to deliver all European orders within 3-5 working days from time of purchase. The delivery time is subject to the courier service, weather, transport and other conditions which may affect or delay the delivery. We use tracked courier delivery services so you can monitor the delivery.
We deliver to the following countries:

Our product prices are listed inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) which applies for sales to customers within the European customs union. VAT can be excluded for residents outside of Europe or countries such as Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland. Import duties and taxes may be charged by the Customs of the country upon delivery. When you purchase you must do so knowing the import rules of your country. We cannot circumvent these rules nor can we estimate customs charges in your country. All customs charges must be met by the customer.
We may also exempt VAT under Article 138 of Council Directive 2006/112//EC for businesses registered with the European Union with a valid VAT number (this does not apply to businesses registered in Ireland).

We operate a 14 day returns policy, and for some of our products offer up to a “30 day money back guarantee”. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product(s), we will issue you with a full refund, no questions asked. Of course, we do expect the product not to be damaged, show signs of obvious use and to be returned in the original packaging.
Goods Returned Process
To return goods, within the 14 day (or 30 day) period, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and advise us of your intention to return the goods. Please provide us with your personal details, order number and date of order. We will reply within 24-48 hours and provide you with return details.
We strongly suggest that you return the goods via recorded or special delivery and keep a proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit. Returns cannot be accepted without prior notification. The customer must arrange and pay for the return or we can deduct the return postage charges from the refund on request of the customer.
Note; Due to efforts towards excellent customer service & consumer satisfaction with our products returns are a rare occurrence.
Full refund of the cost of the goods is conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
Goods received back complete as NEW and UNDAMAGED and in ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
Goods received back complete as NEW and UNDAMAGED and in ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price – less delivery charges and cost of accessories.
How long does a refund take? We aim to refund your money in as quick a time as possible. However it may take a few days to appear on your card as it is processed by the banks’ system.None of the above will affect your statutory rights.
